Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

We process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (SGT) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

🚚 Standard Delivery (2-5 business days)$5 to $25, depending on order size and weight.
📦 Free Shipping for orders over $80

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as public holidays, peak seasons, or courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, and offshore islands.
  • Some bulky or temperature-sensitive items may have special shipping requirements. Details will be listed on the product page.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us after 3 days from the expected delivery date for assistance.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items for a resolution.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
